More than just a coaching company, Youthemia is an idea, a way of living, a principle, born out of the obvious challenges that today's young people are struggling to make sense of.
The Five principles are a response, an antidote if you like, to the chaos our modern culture is creating in the brains and behaviours of our youth.
By following these five principles, the hope is that they, and all future generations, will actually stand a chance of retaining what it really means to be human.
- develop an awareness of who you really are.
- undo societal/parental/familial/cultural programming and conditioning.
- identify your unique gifts and talents.
- look at your analytical skills and capacity to learn. How do you learn best?

- understand your unlimited potential.
- determine your own personal values.

- cultivate a self-compassion practice in your daily life.
The backbone of each of these five areas are two key themes, knowledge and wisdom and action.
Your life is a gift. What are you going to do with it? You need to get smart to move forward. How do you get smart? Through knowledge and wisdom. How to you move forward? Through action. In each of these areas we will ask the key questions: how is this adding to my knowledge and wisdom? What action can I take to move forward? This is how we grow.
